The model starts from your goal — gaining, cutting or maintaining — and derives macro targets for protein, carbs and fats from it. Instead of rigid diet plans, WoDSmith uses a flexible structure you can apply in everyday life and couples nutrition to your training plan: on hard days more carbs are available, on rest days fewer.

The AI individualizes around your preferences, your baseline data and your ongoing nutrition tracking. As you log meals, the system checks whether you hit your macro targets and adjusts its suggestions. A typical week defines daily protein, carb and fat targets aligned with that day’s training volume, plus practical food ideas. The add-on is deliberately meant as a complement, not medical advice — with illnesses or allergies, planning belongs in a doctor’s hands.
